We proudly follow sustainable farming practices to grow the produce and herbs used in our kitchen. When it comes to farming, our goal is to build healthy soils - the key to beautiful, nutrient dense, delicious food.
We promote biodiversity, encourage beneficial insects, and work with nature’s cycles in order to have a positive impact on our ecosystem. We focus on human-power agriculture and refuse to spray our gardens with chemicals, even if it means a crop failure. Working with the land poses constant challenges, but the rewarding work keeps us deeply connected to the cycle of food.
We became MOFGA Certified Organic in Spring of 2022!
